Wild Child

What a great live music experience! We went to see Advance Base at Wild Child, and it did not disappoint. We got food before the show and highly recommend the wings—they were delicious. Seating at the venue was scarce, so be sure to arrive early. The sound quality was excellent, and the show felt intimate with the close quarters and ambient lighting. We will definitely be back for future shows, and as you can see, they have plenty throughout the month! A great new addition to Olympia—thanks, Wild Child!

I’ve been here many times now & every time I’ve gone the service has been amazing, the food has been fresh & soo good. Highly recommend the Buffalo wings (sauce is to die for ) Lots of drink options & there has always been people playing live music when I’ve gone, or trivia nights! Such a fun experience at this pub! 10/10

We went to the drag brunch this past Sunday and loved it! The drinks were good and the tots were extra crispy! The show was very entertaining and the crew maintained a right ship. Would highly recommend trying out the drag brunch every third Sunday of the month!

Wild Child has some amazing food options on their new menu, I got the Bacon Jam Burger and it was PHENOMINAL. They also have a gluten free bun available for any of their burgers, and they are quite aware of allergens, and were able to confirm which of their items could be made gluten free. The atmosphere is welcoming and fun, while still having that "local pub" vibe. We also got some drinks, including a flight of some options they have on tap, and they were all great. If you are looking for a good place to get a great burger or sandwich and drinks, especially if you're having a hard time finding a good gluten free option, this place is a great pick!

Good drink, good company, to and good entertainment. One can't real ask for more. And Game night was both welcoming and fun. Something some bars lack. The employees were equally as helpful and pleasant. Will be returning with games in hand

If I could double up on stars, I would. Their service is ridiculously friendly, above and beyond accommodating and this atmosphere is the exact version of a family restaurant that we need to base standards off of. It’s a safe place for all in the heart of a safe haven town. The food and drinks are stupid good and they are always incredible at making sure your special little needs and requests are met. If you’re a vegan - add this place to the top of your list. Put all your money in their pockets, and hit up their drag nights. Bonus, if you come on a Meatless Monday (all Mondays) you might catch an immersion of their banjo playing regulars, and that in itself is an incomparable treat. It was my first time trying Wild Child. The food was a huge improvement on our experience of their predecessor. They have a limited menu. The cost came to about $25 for food and a drink. This restaurant has a GF bun available for all their burgers. I did not try the bun this time. I instead got the pulled pork fries which came on a bed of their delicious french fries, they add super succulent pulled pork with a house made BBQ sauce (GF) topped with melted cheese and red onion. My Mom who is a pescatarian got the fish and chips which comes with fries and house made tarter sauce. The fish was delicious and flaky. I will say that the food service was not speedy. Later, I also ordered the garlic fries. They were really good with a sprinkle of Parmesan on top. The staff were very accommodating and went above and beyond.

Wow! This review is specific to the vaudeville show I saw in the back room, created and MCd by Elizabeth Lord. It was just amazing! I laughed so hard. It was like what Saturday Night Live would be if it were super super funny! I was shocked that Olympia has that kind of comedic talent.
